DESIGN

  • We produce detailed drawing and specification packages and tender documentation. All interior architectural elements are handled in-house, from space planning, lighting design, joinery, kitchen (both residential and commercial), and bathroom design.

  • We work on the furnishing and styling phase of your project. From bespoke furniture design, soft furnishings, bespoke lighting design, artwork selection, fabric schemes and finish specifications.

  • We handle all aspects of the FF&E delivery from the design phase to detailed budgets, all procurement processing, coordination of shipments, and final installation on site for a completely seamless delivery and execution.

CONSTRUCTION
& FITOUT

We assist in the documentation and approval process prior to commencing the project and upon completion. Along with this, we arrange the site preparation and coordination of trades. We’ll liaise directly with clients, designers, contractors, and suppliers.

We compose & manage project budget. Our skillset includes value engineering.
